  WORST BUSINESS ETHICS EVER!! I reserved a unit, I even asked to leave a deposit but assured they would hold it for a week. I showed up after loading ALL my stuff and drove 2 hrs to my unit, to get there to find out the gave it to someone else. The manager was not even apologetic. They told me the called and left me a voicemail, but it was a LIE! I had no voicemails or missed calls from them. Coincidentall, my reservation was "accidentally" canceled the same day it was rented to someone else.
