  Never was able to speak to Mr. Winters tried to give my name to the woman who answered the phone believe her name was Jackie perhaps she was having a bad morning but she spelled my name wrong twice interrupted me when I was trying to spell it for her again and then claims she never spelt it wrong it wasn’t a big deal but she was quite rude about it making the statement I spelled it the right way which she clearly did not as it is my name I would hope I know how to spell it at this point time in my life it ...any rate unfortunately I did not get the pleasure of seeing Mr. Winters just be aware that Jackie may not be in the best of moods doesn’t show for good place for counceling maybe she could use it in my opinion ?
